Job Overview

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for end-to-end handling of dispatch activities for stainless steel fasteners, including order picking coordination, packing verification, transport arrangement, and timely dispatch of customer orders. The role demands high accuracy due to item variety, sizes, grades, and quantities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle operational tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

· Prepare dispatch plan based on customer purchase orders and sales team inputs.

· Cross-check items based on specifications (Size, Grade, Type, Quantity).

· Coordinate with warehouse/packing team for picking & packaging of SS fasteners.

· Ensure weight accuracy and proper labelling before dispatch.

· Generate and verify commercial documents:

1. Tax Invoice

2. Delivery Challan

3. Packing List

4. E-way Bill

5. Transport / LR Copy

· Update ERP / Excel tracker daily for invoice-wise dispatches.

· Maintain inward/outward register and stock movement report.

· Maintain dispatch MIS, transporter list & customer delivery records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

(Graduates and Post Graduates Only).

· 1–5 years’ experience in Dispatch / Logistics in Fastener / Engineering / Hardware / Industrial Trading industry preferred.

· Strong product understanding of SS Grades (202/304/316), Types & Dimensions.

• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic documentation workflows and.

• Understanding of dispatch, logistics, and supply chain processes is a plus.
