Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch, packing, and delivery coordination of food and café products. The role ensures timely, accurate, and hygienic movement of goods from the warehouse/central kitchen to outlets, customers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per outlet and customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper packing, labeling, and quantity verification of products.
  • Coordinate with delivery staff, drivers, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare and maintain dispatch documents (invoices, delivery challans, GRNs).
  • Update dispatch and stock movement records accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cold-chain standards.
  • Verify dispatched quantities against orders and stock availability.
  • Handle returns, damages, and shortages and report to management.
  • Coordinate with production, stores, and sales teams for smooth operations.
  • Follow company SOPs and timelines strictly.

Required Qualifications

  • Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass.
  • 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations (food industry preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under time pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in food & beverage or frozen food handling.
  • Knowledge of cold storage and temperature control.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,395.86 - ₹20,614.41 per month
