Dispatch Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the end-to-end logistics of our masterbatch products. You will be responsible for ensuring that the correct color concentrates and additive batches are dispatched to our global and domestic clients accurately and on time. The ideal candidate understands the importance of batch numbers, shelf-life, and the specific handling requirements of polymer products.

Key Responsibilities.

• Dispatch Planning: Coordinate the daily dispatch schedule based on production completion and customer urgency.
• Logistics Documentation: Prepare and verify critical documents including Invoices, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and COA (Certificate of Analysis).
• Transporter Management: Negotiate with freight forwarders and transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement and competitive pricing.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical stock audits of finished goods (FG) and maintain the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system to manage shelf life.
• Loading Supervision: Oversee the loading process to ensure bags are not punctured and are stacked correctly to prevent contamination.

Specific Industry Requirements

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of different polymer carriers (PE, PP, PET) and the difference between Color, Additive, and Filler masterbatches.
• Quality Awareness: Ability to coordinate with the QC (Quality Control) lab to ensure only "Passed" batches are loaded.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any stream or CIPET qualified.
• Experience: 2–4 years in the Dispatch/Logistics department.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with the production floor, sales team, and truck drivers.
