Overview:

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for daily operational tasks related to driver management and vehicle maintenance, ensuring smooth loading and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record daily attendance of drivers.
• Vehicle Fitness Checks: Conduct regular fitness checks of vehicles and inform the Logistics Executive of any issues.
• Loading and Dispatch: Ensure packages are loaded and dispatched on time, adhering to schedules.
• Coordination with Supervisors: Work closely with stuffing supervisors to provide updates on loading and dispatch status.
• Driver Support: Address driver queries and oversee routine maintenance checks of vehicles.
• Logbook Maintenance: Maintain a logbook of vehicle travel and fuel consumption.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
