We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Dispatch Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career with us . Training under the guidance of a senior professional.

Job Description: Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatch activities as per orders received
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for timely dispatch
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and transport documents
• Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and loading of goods
• Track dispatched shipments and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain dispatch records, reports, and inventory movement logs
• Coordinate with transporters and resolve dispatch-related issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Communicate dispatch status to internal teams and customers when required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Basic computer skills in MS Excel
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Freshers only
