Job Description :-

• Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure timely execution of all orders.
• Verify production feasibility, raw material availability, and logistics readiness before confirming dispatch dates.
• Maintain and update order status trackers in ERP/Tally/Excel for real-time visibility.
• Ensure no wrong commitments are made to clients — only share delivery schedules once confirmed internally.
• Proactively inform clients about any potential delays or changes in timelines, ensuring transparency.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management on order execution status and dispatch performance.
• Escalate bottlenecks (material shortages, manpower issues, vendor delays) to management on time.
• Work closely with logistics partners to arrange smooth dispatch and delivery.
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction related to delivery timelines and coordination.

Experience :- 7 to 8 years

Salary :- 45 to 50k
