Chebel is a café and patisserie located in JP Nagar, Bengaluru - known for its Italian-inspired pasta bar, signature coffees, and an indulgent range of artisanal desserts. On weekends, we serve an extensive breakfast menu that celebrates comfort and craft. Our patisserie specializes in custom bespoke cakes , entremets, celebration cakes for every occasion and a curated selection of fine desserts.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Executive to manage the packing and dispatch of all orders from our production unit and café. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately, on time, and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pack all orders neatly and accurately in their respective boxes as per order numbers.
2.Dispatch orders according to the delivery timeslots chosen by clients.
3.Coordinate the dispatch of food stock from the production kitchen to the café.
4.Maintain detailed dispatch reports and daily tracking sheets.
5.Communicate dispatch timings and order details to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
6.Ensure all orders meet quality, packaging, and freshness standards before dispatch.
7.Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, café, delivery partners) for smooth logistics flow.
8.Monitor and manage stock of packaging materials.
