Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Position: Dispatch Executive

Industry: Dyeing Mill

Location: Gangapuram, Chithode

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Shift: 12 Hours – Rotational Shift

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day dispatch operations smoothly
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, gate pass)
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport team
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods
• Maintain dispatch records and stock movement details
• Verify quantity and quality before dispatch
• Follow safety and company procedures during loading and dispatch

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dispatch / logistics (textile or dyeing mill preferred)
• Basic knowledge of dispatch documentation
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (12 hours)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Physically fit and responsible
