Dispatch Luxury Transportation (Experience required)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher for Luxury Transportation services. This role involves managing the scheduling and coordination of luxury vehicle dispatches, ensuring timely and efficient transportation for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with transportation management systems, and the ability to analyze logistical data to optimize operations. Duties

• Coordinate and dispatch luxury transportation vehicles using advanced systems such as Oracle Transportation Management, SyteLine, and other TMS platforms.
• Utilize GIS, GPS, and fleet management software to monitor vehicle locations and optimize routes.
• Maintain accurate data entry related to dispatch activities, vehicle status, and client requests through multi-line phone systems and other communication tools.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and vendors via phone etiquette and professional communication skills to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee transportation planning by analyzing supply chain data to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
• Handle inquiries related to freight, shipping schedules, and fleet management with professionalism.
• Assist in transportation management tasks such as scheduling pickups/deliveries, tracking shipments, and resolving logistical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience with transportation management systems such as Santa Cruz, Oracle Transportation Management or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of GIS, GPS technology, logistics, supply chain operations, and transportation planning.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret data for optimizing dispatch operations.
• Proficiency in data entry, typing skills, and managing Radio and multi-line phone systems.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional interaction.
• Familiarity with freight logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, fleet management software, SyteLine, 3PL operations, and AS400 is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in dispatching or logistics roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. This position is integral to ensuring our luxury transportation services operate smoothly and efficiently while providing outstanding customer experiences through expert dispatching practices.

Pay Scale

• Based on Experience, Skill and Tenure

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
