DISPATCH MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE GLASS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Dispatch Operations: Manage the daily dispatch schedule for finished automotive glass, coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Logistics & Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes for trucks, prioritizing efficient and safe transport to minimize breakage.
• Safety & Packing Control: Ensure proper packing, sealing, and protective measures are taken for fragile products like windshields and tempered door glass before loading.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of finished goods and update records.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise dispatch staff, drivers, and loaders to maintain high performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including Gate Passes, Invoices, Delivery Challans, and Waybills. Prepare daily/weekly dispatch and stock reports.
• Customer Coordination: Liaise with clients, such as local auto manufacturers (e.g., Suzuki, Toyota, Honda vendors in Lahore) and distributors, to handle queries and delivery schedules.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all vehicles comply with safety, traffic, and transportation regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
