The Role
This role reports to the president of the company, and as the Dispatch Manager, you own the performance of the dispatch function across all departments.
Your responsibility is simple: ensure the right technician is on the right call at the right time, every time—while maximizing efficiency, revenue, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do
This is a lead, manage, and hold accountable role.
  • Lead, manage, and hold dispatch accountable to performance standards
  • Own capacity utilization, scheduling efficiency, and call flow execution
  • Ensure Right Tech, Right Call across all departments
  • Monitor and drive daily revenue and operational targets
  • Conduct daily dispatch audits, debriefs, and real-time adjustments
  • Ensure all calls are updated, scheduled, and properly communicated
  • Manage unscheduled jobs and end-of-day completion processes
  • Lead weekly 1-on-1s and L10 meetings to align priorities
  • Drive Dispatch Pro-utilization and system effectiveness
  • Partner with Field Operations to ensure execution in the field
  • Improve workflows, processes, and system usage for efficiency
  • Resolve escalations and eliminate breakdowns in communication
  • Train and develop dispatchers into high performers
