Dispatch Manager (USA Trucking)

We’re looking for a Team Leader – Dispatch with solid experience in managing dispatch operations, leading teams, and overseeing load booking & planning.

Key Requirements:

• Must know dispatching inside out, especially load booking & planning during the following shifts:

- Main Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
- Afterhours Shift: 12:30 AM – 9:30 AM

• Minimum 2 years of dispatch or logistics leadership experience
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with dispatch tools like Skybitz and Samsara preferred
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software

Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor dispatch operations during assigned shift
• Oversee load planning, booking, and dispatcher performance
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and field teams
• Handle real-time issues and escalations
• Maintain accurate records, shift logs, and ensure smooth handovers
• Ensure high levels of team efficiency and customer satisfaction
