Dispatch Officer

• Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules based on sales orders and production output
• Ensure correct picking, packing, labeling, and loading of aluminium extrusion profiles and finished goods
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to confirm product readiness
• Arrange transportation and liaise with logistics providers and drivers
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, gate passes, etc.)
• Ensure dispatched materials match customer orders in quantity, specification, and finish
• Monitor dispatch timelines and ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update ERP / inventory systems
• Familiarity with Tally Prime systems.
• Handle customer or sales team queries related to dispatch and delivery status
• Ensure compliance with safety, handling, and company procedures during loading and dispatch
• Report dispatch issues such as delays, damages, shortages, or mismatches
• Assist in stock control and coordination of finished goods inventory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
