About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dispatch Officer to manage logistics and coordinate dispatch operations for our U.S.-based clients. This role requires strong communication skills, prior dispatch experience, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and stakeholders via phone, email, or chat
• Manage scheduling, routing, and load assignments
• Use dispatch software, GPS/ELD systems, and spreadsheets for monitoring
• Resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior dispatching experience (U.S.-based operations preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in dispatch tools, GPS/ELD tracking apps, CRMs, and spreadsheets
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
• Availability for consistent night shifts (10 hours)
