Description
- Daily Dispatch Coordination – Coordinate portable sanitation orders and dispatch work to service technicians as they begin their day.
- Driver Communication – Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding route updates, service issues, customer needs, and schedule changes.
- Route Auditing – Perform audit checks of driver routes throughout the day to help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Order Management – Handle incoming customer orders, service requests, and changes in orders.
- Customer Communication – Answer inbound customer calls, assist with questions, and help resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Sales Support – Work with our sales team on new orders, customer issues, service changes, and account updates.
- Operations Coordination – Work with the Driver Supervisor on technician availability, route capacity, truck changes, and daily service needs.
- Work Order Review – Review and approve completed work orders for billing and posting.
- Weight Ticket Auditing – Audit weight tickets and ensure records are accurate and complete.
- Route Optimization – Assist with route optimization, efficiency tracking, and identifying opportunities to improve daily operations.
- Problem Solving – Help manage daily operational issues as they arise and keep appropriate personnel informed.
Salary
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
