Dispatch Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Trucking Sales Agent for our US Campaign.

Timings: 6pm to 2am (Night Shift) Females Only

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing dispatch operations, and maintaining strong relationships with USA-based clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact USA-based truckers and owner-operators to offer dispatch services
• Close sales and onboard new clients for dispatch services
• Negotiate rates and service terms with customers
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide professional customer support and follow-ups
• Stay updated on USA trucking market trends and pricing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dispatch Sales, or Call Center Sales (USA Campaign preferred)
• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work night shifts (USA time) EST
• Basic knowledge of USA trucking and dispatch services is a plus
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
