About the Role
Our client is hiring a
Dispatch Service Manager
to oversee scheduling, dispatch coordination, and real-time communication between customers and technicians. You’ll manage a small team, optimize technician routing, and help ensure smooth, timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the dispatch team and ensure efficient daily scheduling.

Assign service calls based on technician availability, skills, and location.

Monitor real-time job progress and customer updates.

Maintain dispatch dashboards and track KPIs (response times, utilization, etc.).

Communicate clearly with both technicians and customers.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and minimize downtime.

Support process improvements to increase team productivity.

Train and mentor dispatch coordinators on systems and service protocols.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or customer coordination (plumbing/HVAC preferred).

Previous team lead or supervisory experience a plus.

Familiar with service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro).

Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
