Job Overview
All Plumbing Company, LLC is seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Service Representative (CSR/DSR) to join our growing team. This role is essential to our daily operations and customer experience, serving as the main point of contact between our customers and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally and courteously
• Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently
• Enter and update job details accurately in our system
• Communicate job updates between customers and technicians
• Handle basic billing questions and collect customer information
• Maintain a calm, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Support office operations as needed

Skills

• Previous customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
• Plumbing or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
