Dispatch Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage and oversee our dispatch operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning delivery routes, coordinating with drivers, monitoring delivery progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatch Operations Management:

- Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers

- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods

- Monitor delivery progress and address any delays or issues

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a dispatch supervisor or similar role

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes

- Proficiency in using dispatch management software

What We Offer:

- Salary: ₹3-4 lakhs per annum
