Key Responsibilities:1. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Oversee daily dispatch operations including receiving, storing, and shipment of goods.
- Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules with production and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch according to customer requirements.
2. Inventory & Store Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
- Conduct regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies on priority.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and transport slips.
- Ensure proper documentation for material movement in/out as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for storage and dispatch.
4. Vendor & Transport Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and route planning.
- Ensure proper loading, packaging, and handling of materials for safe transportation.
5. Operational Efficiency
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement best practices to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the dispatch area.
