Key Responsibilities:1. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Oversee daily dispatch operations including receiving, storing, and shipment of goods.
  • Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules with production and logistics teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch according to customer requirements.

2. Inventory & Store Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies on priority.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and transport slips.
  • Ensure proper documentation for material movement in/out as per company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for storage and dispatch.

4. Vendor & Transport Coordination

  • Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and route planning.
  • Ensure proper loading, packaging, and handling of materials for safe transportation.

5. Operational Efficiency

  • Monitor warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Implement best practices to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the dispatch area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
