Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations, including invoicing, delivery coordination, and supervision of dispatch staff. The role requires strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery of chocolate products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery notes, and dispatch documents
• Ensure all orders are correctly packed and dispatched on time
• Coordinate with drivers and monitor delivery schedules
• Work with warehouse team to confirm stock availability
• Handle returns, delivery issues, and documentation errors
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and invoices
• Supervise dispatch staff and ensure proper handling of products

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in dispatch/logistics (FMCG or food industry preferred)
• Experience with invoicing and basic accounting processes
• Good organizational and supervision skills
• Familiarity with UAE delivery operations
• Experince on Tally Prime ERP
