Dispatcher Supervisor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join our team at our Phoenix Branch. responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of delivery, relocation, and pickup activities. This role provides direct supervision to Dispatchers, Dispatch Assistant and Drivers, coordinates routing and scheduling, and serves as the primary escalation point for operational, safety, and customer‑related issues. We need you to help to support and grow our constantly expanding client base.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily delivery, relocation, and pickup routes to meet service, efficiency, and customer commitments.

Assign drivers and manage daily workloads to achieve productivity expectations while accounting for operational constraints.

Monitor route progress and make real-time dispatch adjustments in response to traffic, weather, equipment, or staffing changes.

Supervise, support, and coach drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and policy‑compliant operations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and coordinate proactively with Sales, Operations, and customers regarding schedules and service issues.

Ensure order accuracy, site readiness, and timely completion of all dispatch documentation and system updates.

Manage fleet maintenance, inspections, and compliance (DOT, BIT, CARB, DVIRs), ensuring only road‑ready equipment is dispatched.

Maintain accurate, audit‑ready dispatch and compliance records and escalate safety, maintenance, or compliance risks to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a yard, operations, or industrial environment.

At least three (3) years of demonstrated people leadership or supervisory experience.

Knowledge of DOT and state specific safety regulations.

Valid Driver’s License. (Class A bonus)

Working knowledge of DOT regulations, DVIRs, and vehicle inspection requirements strongly preferred.

Proficiency with dispatch systems, CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., RMI), and standard office software.
