Dispatch Supervisor-with experience-proficient in Excel

State Systems LLC. is hiring immediately and seeking qualified individuals for a Dispatch Supervisor in our commercial kitchen vent hood cleaning division. The work includes: scheduling, invoicing, payroll preparation, answering phones. This position includes routing technicians the most effective way in the mid-south region. The ability to multitask and assure a steady completion of workload is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, has good verbal communication skills, a good problem solver and is organized. Tracking and scheduling done in EXCEL. This position is Full-Time and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule is M-F 8 to 5, with occasional evening work by phone. Candidate should have prior dispatch and scheduling experience. Individuals should also possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record-be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Good customer service skills, experience with MS Excel and server-based accounting systems are needed. The company performs monthly random drug screens. We are a Tennessee Drug Free Workplace. EOE
