Dispatch/Administrative Assistant

Candidates must have prior office skills. Multi-tasking and attention to detail skills are crucial. Dispatching experience is preferred.

This is a very busy position that requires an energetic, reliable, self-motivated worker who can manage themselves without supervision. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box. The day to day tasks will include, answering phones, creating and entering notes in each job, and then scheduling technicians. Dispatcher will also be asked to pull permits, schedule inspections, and give soft quotes over the phone along with other office tasks, including invoicing. Candidate must be comfortable speaking to clients and have excellent customer service skills. Note: Starting pay will be determined upon experience. This position will be paid hourly.
