We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatch/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our transportation company in Wilmer, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Emails, Customer Order Entry
• Coordinate and dispatch transportation vehicles to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, customer interactions, and transportation schedules.
• Monitor transportation routes and adjust dispatch plans as needed to optimize efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and dispatch within a transportation or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Dispatch and Strong Customer Service experience preferred.
