Dispatch/Customer Service Representative

Rex's Plumbing & Heating team is looking for a Receptionist/ Dispatcher who has team spirit, excellent customer service skills and will arrive to work on time. You must have a desire to succeed and excel in your profession. Starting wage depending on experience!

About the Receptionist/ Dispatcher job:

-Answering phones with excellent phone etiquette and clear and strong communication with customers and technicians

-Scheduling service calls with accurately entering job details, notes, and updates into dispatch software

-Coordinate with customers and technicians in the field in making sure the schedule is followed accordingly

-Work closely with technicians, mangers and office staff to ensure smooth operations

-Office duties to include social media posts and customer emails/messages

-Ability to manage multiple service calls and coordinate timely reponses

-Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts or customer concerns calmly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or a service-based field

-Strong verbal and written communication skills required

-Must have typing skills and be comfortable using computers

Experience using scheduling or dispatch software (e.g, Service Titan, Housecall Pro, Field Edge, etc.

-Must be able to accurately enter job details, notes, and updates into dispatch software

- Be able to work in a team atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
