Dispatch/Delivery Leader

Job Overview
The Delivery Leader is responsible for leading and owning all aspects of the delivery operation to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time execution for our customers. This role is a key operational leadership position within our component manufacturing business, requiring strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and the ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment.

Because delivery schedules, job priorities, and customer needs can shift throughout the day, this individual must thrive in a fast-paced setting where change is constant. Success in this role requires someone who can remain organized, make quick sound decisions, communicate clearly, and lead a team through changing priorities while maintaining accountability and customer satisfaction.

This role combines hands-on operational ownership with team leadership, process improvement, and customer-focused execution.

Duties

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the delivery team to ensure safe, on-time execution and continuous improvement
  • Ensure accurate and complete records are maintained for all jobs, including notes, order photos, exceptions, and other relevant information
  • Ensure the yard is organized, safe, and operationally ready to support daily delivery execution
  • Own and maintain the delivery schedule to maximize efficiency, minimize delays, and ensure accurate communication with customers and internal teams
  • Own team performance through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability tied to measurables and delivery outcomes
  • Own the delivery process from the daily schedule through completion, ensuring all jobs are executed safely, on time, and to customer expectations

Requirements

- Experience in logistics or manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling software preferred

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
