Job Title: Dispatcher – Call Center
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and assign tasks to field staff.
• Coordinate schedules and routes across all UAE locations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatches, and updates.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of all UAE locations and roads.
• Prior experience in call center operations or dispatching is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
