What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and schedule service or sales appointments.
  • Coordinate daily schedules for service technicians and sales staff.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members to make sure everything runs on time.
  • Work with management and other dispatchers to prioritize jobs and manage the schedule efficiently.
  • Use scheduling software, Microsoft Excel, and Word to keep accurate records.
  • Follow company phone scripts and text communication guidelines to deliver excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency — especially with scheduling software, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Previous dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
