Dispatcher Executive (US Logistics Processes)

Location: Work From Home

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + ₹2,000 Performance Incentive

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years in DSP / last-mile dispatch operations (preferably with Amazon DSPs). Candidates with strong experience in US logistics processes will be given priority. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for DSP accounts, including route planning, rostering, rescues, driver communication, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate effectively with Amazon DSP clients and internal teams across dispatch, operations, and quality.
• Ensure SLA compliance, quality benchmarks, driver productivity, and handle escalations promptly.
• Utilize dashboards and tools (Chime, Netradyne, scheduling systems) to track KPIs and optimize performance.
• Lead and support a team of dispatchers, ensuring training, accountability, and full shift coverage.
• Oversee peak season planning, resource allocation, cost management, and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in DSP dispatch or last-mile logistics.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel, KPI analysis, and escalation management.
• Solid understanding of Amazon DSP standards, compliance, and operational workflows.
• Prior experience with US logistics processes is strongly preferred.
