Job Title: IT MSP Dispatcher

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT MSP Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for efficiently managing daily workflows, coordinating on-site visits, and ensuring smooth communication between technicians and support teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our IT support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Coordination:

  • Manage the assignment of tickets to technicians, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Coordinate on-site visits, including scheduling, confirming technician presence, and addressing on-site needs.

Communication:

  • Facilitate clear communication between on-site technicians, support teams, and clients.
  • Maintain open lines of communication to ensure effective collaboration.

Daily Workflow Management:

  • Oversee the daily cleanup and organization of the ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with on-site technicians to confirm schedules and resolve any scheduling issues.

Keys Log Management:

  • Maintain a log of key check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate records.

Assist with Calls:

  • Provide support during peak times by handling calls and creating user tickets as needed.

On-site Equipment Reports:

  • Generate and distribute on-site equipment reports to support efficient on-site visits.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT support processes and ticketing systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a dispatch role within an IT MSP is advantageous.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage PSA system (preferred)
