Part-Time Dispatcher — Treehouse Cannabis (Nyack, NY)

Treehouse Cannabis is seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. As the communication hub between our retail location and delivery drivers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant deliveries across our region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery routes through Onfleet.
• Communicate with drivers to manage schedules, routes, and order status.
• Track deliveries in real time and resolve any issues or delays quickly.
• Verify manifests and ensure compliance with NYS OCM delivery regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and report any incidents to management.
• Collaborate with the sales floor and inventory teams to keep operations flowing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatching, delivery coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills — calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using tablets, phones, and dispatch software.
• Knowledge of NYS cannabis delivery compliance a plus (training provided).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong attention to detail.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours/week).
• Must be available evenings and weekends.
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience, plus employee discounts.
