Flamingo Plumbing is growing and looking for a calm, organized, and efficiency-driven Dispatcher to help keep our technicians running smoothly and our days on track.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving puzzles in real time — using technology, communication, and planning to reduce drive time, maximize productive job hours, and keep both technicians and customers informed.

This is a 100% in-house position. We are not a call center, and we do not outsource dispatching or customer-facing roles.

About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you are the traffic controller of the operation. Your goal is to keep technicians moving efficiently, reduce unnecessary drive time, and ensure jobs are scheduled and executed in the smartest order possible.

You’ll use ServiceTitan, maps, and real-time information to adjust routes, respond to changes, and keep productivity high — even when plans shift.

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch and route technicians throughout the day
• Create and manage jobs in ServiceTitan
• Optimize routes to reduce drive time and improve efficiency
• Manage the ServiceTitan dispatch board in real time
• Communicate ETAs and schedule updates to customers
• Coordinate closely with technicians in the field
• Handle same-day changes calmly and logically
• Support on-time job completion and productive schedules
• Escalate issues appropriately when needed

What You Won’t Do

• Take inbound sales calls
• Handle billing, AR, or permitting
• Perform heavy admin or data cleanup
• Be expected to “do everything”

This role is focused on dispatch execution and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Dispatch experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services (preferred)
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills with technicians and internal teams
• Ability to think logically under pressure and re-route on the fly
• High comfort level with technology, maps, and scheduling tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Team-first attitude
