Dispatcher

Job Summary
We are an Adult Day Care Facility who transports there day center clients to and from. We also are a Non- Emergency medical and Non Medical transportation company. We serve all of Northeast Ohio. Dispatch is logistically routing trips for appointments to the drivers and the clients. We work with surrounding insurance companies and facilites as well for achieving the best rides for our clients and the residents of Ohio.

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the transportation for our clients.

Duties
- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and dispatch drivers
- Creating a daily schedule for the drivers to be used
- Communicate with drivers via phone systems to provide instructions and updates
- Sitting at a desk to type, route trips and take phone calls thru the day

Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of transportation management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
