Dispatcher

Busy Construction Company seeks full-time Dispatching position with strong communication skills, who is proactive and Bilingual. We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, equipment, to appropriate locations
• Work with operations to schedule and order equipment
• Schedule and assign work crews, vehicles and equipment for projects daily
• Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to proposals specifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have construction dispatching experience
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel a plus)
• Bilingual (Spanish + English)
• Capable of multi-tasking assignments
• Ability to handle high volume of inquiries at times via inbound/outbound phones calls, texts and emails
• Familiarity with GPS, transportation management systems, and fleet management software
