Dispatch Officers perform communication duties for Castle Pines Emergency Services. They answer Homeowner calls for service (both emergent and non-emergent), dispatch CPES Patrol Officers to handle a variety of situations, monitor alarms for the Village, and monitor cameras. Dispatch Center personnel provide the vital first-link between the Homeowners and the Village resources. Their performance directly contributes to the safety and well-being of the CPES Officers and the residents of the Village at Castle Pines.

Responsibility

The Dispatch Officer handling communications for Emergency Services receives telephone calls from the public and CPES Officers, uses the radio to dispatch and coordinate units, prioritize calls, monitor alarms, and most importantly, exercises their judgment responding to emergencies in a sound and timely manner. Good customer services skill are highly desired.

We offer a starting wage of $21.33/hr with the eligibility for a 5% increase to $22.40 after 90 days. Appointment to this position is contingent upon the successful completion an oral interview, a background check, drug screen and psychological exam. No experience necessary, we will train.
