The Opportunity

The Dispatch Associate is responsible for developing routes and maintaining contact with delivery partners to ensure orders are delivered within the client’s delivery window. Dispatchers utilize multiple computer systems to monitor, update, and manage the location and movement of orders. They answer incoming phone calls from independent delivery partners, cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients, and follow established Dispatch Standards and Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring sudden route changes and working with delivery partners to establish new routes for timely deliveries
• Answering calls and texts from drivers
• Making proactive calls when necessary
• Escalating service issues to other team members or management

The Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical and effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Available Shifts

• Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
