Denny's Towing in Fort Worth Texas is looking for experienced towing dispatchers for our 4:00pm to Midnight shift.

We are looking for dispatchers with excellent customer service that have experience with towing dispatch and vehicle storage facility requirements.

We are currently looking for dispatchers that have a current TDLR VSF Employee License or are able to obtain it with clean background.

Starting at $16 up to $20 an hour based off of experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates should be familiar with all aspects of towing dispatch including light, medium, and heavy duty towing, as well as dispatching police & private property tows.
• Must be familiar with TDLR rules and regulations.
• Must be experienced with TDLR VSF laws and hold current TDLR VSF License.
• Must be familiar with the Dallas Fort Worth area Map and GPS to dispatch efficiently.
• Must be able to answer multiple phones and be able to handle multiple lines at the same time independently.
• Must be able to correctly enter data into computerized dispatch system.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to be on time and stay on task while unsupervised.
• Must be honest, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Must be friendly, polite, and have a great attitude towards helping people.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
