Now Hiring: Dispatchers (Full-Time)

Aaron's Towing is hiring experienced dispatchers for two key positions. If you have towing industry experience and can handle a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Position 1: Heavy Duty Dispatcher (Day Shift)

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Experience in Heavy Duty Towing & Recovery dispatching REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty operations and equipment
• Ability to manage high-priority and emergency calls

Position 2: Light Duty Dispatcher (Evening Shift)

Schedule Options:

• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements:

• Dispatch experience preferred (towing industry a plus)
• Ability to manage high call volume and coordinate drivers efficiently

Responsibilities (Both Roles)

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism
• Dispatch drivers quickly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management
• Resolve customer issues and ensure service satisfaction
• Work closely with operations team to maintain efficiency
