Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate transportation operations efficiently and effectively. In this vital role, you will serve as the central communication hub, answering customer calls and tracking passenger pickup and drop-offs. Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers and drivers via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
• Enter data accurately into Google Sheets about ride details.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in
• Create receipts and invoices in Google Docs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems along with exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational accuracy.

Pay: $7.25 - $8.00 per hour
