Position Overview

We’re looking for a Dispatcher who can keep our schedule tight, our technicians moving, and our customers informed.

This role is the hub of daily operations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating calls, managing the board, and making real-time decisions that impact the entire day.

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch plumbing and HVAC service calls
• Manage and adjust the schedule throughout the day
• Monitor technician progress and route efficiency
• Communicate with customers on arrival times and delays
• Work inside ServiceTitanto manage jobs and scheduling
• Fill open time gaps and maximize technician productivity
• Coordinate priority and emergency calls
• Keep notes accurate and jobs properly assigned

• On-time arrival
• Drive time between calls
• Schedule gaps / efficiency
• Same-day service opportunities

• Dispatching experience preferred (home services is a plus)
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Strong communication skills
• Quick decision maker under pressure

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Friday (some flexibility may be required)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
