Responsibilities

• Outbound Trucking Management: Monitor and control outbound trucking operations at the Matteson warehouse to ensure seamless 24/7 workflow.
• Driver Verification & Check-in: Verify driver credentials and documentation upon arrival; coordinate closely with the FNS Transportation Team (24/7) for real-time verification.
• Driver Coordination: Proactively communicate with truck drivers to manage arrival schedules and locate specific drivers on-site as required.
• Operational Reporting: Maintain constant communication with the Control Team (Local and NJ) regarding outbound status; prepare and submit comprehensive daily outbound reports upon completion of all loading activities.
• On-site Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for warehouse personnel regarding outbound truck schedules and driver information.
• Customer Service: Respond to direct inquiries and requests from customers concerning real-time transportation and delivery status.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics dispatching or warehouse shipping operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations, specifically for battery or hazardous material (HazMat) handling, is preferred.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English

Working Schedule

Shift Work (24/7 Operations): This position requires working in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support continuous outbound operations at the Matteson warehouse.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
