We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented dispatcher to join our masonry company in Orlando. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well with customers, and can coordinate orders efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders via phone and email
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers placing orders
- Dispatch and coordinate orders with delivery teams
- Enter and track rebar adjustments in company systems
- Use maps to help coordinate deliveries and job locations
- Answer incoming calls and provide general office support
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatcher, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Experience in masonry, building materials, or related industries is a plus
- Comfortable reading and using maps
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)

Schedule: Full-Time
