Dispatcher

Running Horse, LLC is an oilfield logistics company based in New Town, ND, specializing in trucking water and sand. We have been in business since November 2011, and our fleet includes over 50 trucks and more than 70 trailers. We are looking to hire a highly skilled dispatcher who will primarily manage the delivery of water and sand for our team! Experience and familiarity with the Bakken shale area is STRONGLY preferred. We take great pride in our reputation and are committed to delivering TOP quality service to our customers. An ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in oilfield trucking dispatch. Key qualities include organization, the ability to thrive under pressure, attention to detail, and a TEAM PLAYER attitude! The Dispatcher will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, Lead Dispatcher, other Dispatchers, and Drivers, and MUST be able to follow directions effectively while learning our Dispatch and GPS systems to generate daily reports. Experience with OMNI Dispatch is a plus but not mandatory. ALL applicants MUST be proficient with computers and operating systems!

Running Horse, LLC provides a rotating schedule of 20 days on and 10 days off, along with COMPANY HOUSING at our truck yard located in New Town, ND. Our facilities include a living room, kitchen, showers, and laundry amenities. A competitive salary will be offered, reflecting your direct qualifications.
