• Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Utilize GPS technologies to optimize routing and scheduling.
• Manage transportation planning and logistics for efficient supply chain operations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders via multi-line phone systems.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems
• Analyze dispatch data to improve operational efficiency and address any issues promptly.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with fleet management to monitor vehicle performance and maintenance needs.
• Oversee ordering yard material as needed
• Effectively take delivery orders and coordinate with yard lead to meet customer's needs.
