Team Reeve is seeking a reliable and highly organized individual to join our team in Stockton, CA as a Dispatcher. This person will work within a team driven atmosphere to meet deadlines and provide great service to our client base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs

· Relaying accurate information to necessary parties using telephones, text messages and email.

· Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services.

· Preparing daily work such as schedules

· Preparing work orders/dispatch sheet for drivers

· Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories

· Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information

Qualifications and Skills:

· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition

· Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel

· Knowledge of computers for scheduling

· Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time

· Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances

· Active listener with excellent communication skills

· Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in English (oral and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
