Driver Manager / Dispatcher – Triple C Express

Triple C Express is a growing, family-oriented trucking company based in Caldwell, Idaho. We are currently looking for a Driver Manager / Dispatcher with experience using McLeod software to join our team and help support our expanding fleet.

Position Overview:

The Driver Manager plays a key role in daily operations—working directly with drivers, planning loads, and ensuring efficient, on-time service for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage drivers using McLeod (LoadMaster / PowerBroker)
• Coordinate and plan loads to maximize efficiency and driver productivity
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Monitor driver performance, HOS compliance, and service levels
• Work with customers and brokers to resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate load and driver information in McLeod system
• Build strong relationships with drivers and support them daily

Requirements:

• Experience with McLeod software (required)
• Previous experience as a dispatcher or driver manager in trucking
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service
