Dispatcher

Vannguard Utility Partners, Inc. is a multi-state, underground gas and electric utility

locating company in search of a Dispatcher to work in an upbeat and friendly

environment at our DeForest, WI, office. This position requires Dispatchers to

communicate with Field Technicians and construction contractors throughout the day to

dispatch and log emergency, relocate, and routine ticket requests according to priority in

a timely manner.

This position seeks qualified individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong customer

service and communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, and are proficient with

computers and multi-platform systems in order to coordinate and distribute high-profile

workflows.

This position is Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)

Requires pre-employment drug test.

Other Requirements Are As Follows

 Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening

 Background Check

 High School Diploma / GED and/or equivalent experience

 Microsoft Office - Word & Excel

 Types at least 40 wpm

 Must be self-motivated and able to manage time and workload efficiently

 All other duties as assigned
