NOW HIRING: Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator
West Desert Plumbing, Heating, & Air | St. George, UT
$17-$20/hour DOE

West Desert Plumbing, Heating, & Air is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to help keep our plumbing, heating, and air service team running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced position that plays a huge role in customer satisfaction, technician efficiency, and daily revenue flow.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule service calls, estimates, tune-ups, and installs
- Dispatch technicians based on location, urgency, and skillset
- Keep the schedule board full and efficient throughout the day
- Adjust appointments as jobs change in real time
- Provide customers with ETA updates and appointment confirmations
- Handle urgent and same-day service requests
- Follow up on unsold estimates and deferred repairs
- Rebook canceled calls quickly to keep the board full
- Coordinate return visits for parts and follow-up repairs
- Assist with maintenance membership scheduling
- Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and management
- Enter accurate notes and job details into FieldPulse software / CRM

What We’re Looking For
- Dispatching or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with FieldPulse software or similar CRM
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
- Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service experience is a big plus
