POSITION SUMMARY

Dispatchers coordinate and oversee the scheduling and movement of personnel, equipment, and materials to support field operations in accordance with company procedures. They serve as the central point of communication between field crews, drivers, and management to ensure timely and efficient execution of daily activities. Dispatchers monitor job progress, adjust schedules as needed, and respond to operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain safe, continuous oil and gas operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Daily phone contact with management, drivers, and customers.
• Handle any requests, orders, and concerns from customers.
• Monitor the electronic logging device for efficiency and hours of service
• Route and prioritize deliveries.
• Responsible for accurately keeping required records.
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries.
• Other administrative projects and duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous dispatching or logistics experience
• Capable of managing time
• Able to identify and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to learn and apply new information
• Possess reliable transportation

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: 3-5 years of related or relevant dispatching or logistics experience

Computer Skills: Intermediate

Certificates & Licenses:

• Valid Driver License with acceptable driving history
• Completion of company required trainings
• Completion of On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Other requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, speaking, and math skills (Proficient in English)
• Pass drug test
• Successfully pass all onboarding training requirements

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Dispatchers always work indoors at the corporate office. Hours fluctuate and vary according to Operations demand. No shift can be guaranteed, and long hours may be required. Shifts may begin at different hours of the day or evening. Dispatchers must follow all company and site safety rules and be responsible. This is not only to protect the safety of the Dispatchers but for other workers, the community, and the environment.
